產后脫發,醫學上又叫做“分娩性脫發”。據統計,約35%-40%的婦女產后有不同程度脫發的現象。醫學研究認為,這與孕婦妊娠期前后體內雌激素水平的變化有關,婦女在懷孕以后,由于其體內雌激素增多,脫發的速度減慢,頭發的壽命延長,部分頭發便“超期服役”。而分娩以后,其體內雌激素水平下降至正常,那些“超期服役”的 頭發便紛紛“退役”而脫落。那么應該如何預防產后脫發呢?
1、婦女在孕期和哺乳期應當注意合理膳食,加強營養,多吃新鮮蔬菜、水果及水產品、豆類、蛋類等,以滿足頭發生長的需要。
